About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to support Lending Ecosystem & Integrations. Responsible for end‑to‑end product strategy, execution, and value realization for a large, complex integration ecosystem that enables seamless data flow and straight‑through processing across the commercial and consumer lending lifecycle.

This role owns the integration platform vision, drives cross‑LOB alignment, and leads multiple product areas and product managers to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient integrations across origination, servicing, credit, risk, accounting, and client channels


In this role, you will:

  • Define the multi‑year product vision and roadmap for the Lending Ecosystem & Integrations platform, aligned to enterprise lending modernization objectives.
  • Establish integration strategy leveraging APIs, event‑driven architecture, and real‑time data exchanges to reduce system swivels and manual processing.
  • Drive platform consistency across lines of business while enabling LOB‑specific extensibility.
  • Provide senior leadership across multiple product areas including onboarding integrations, Loan IQ delivery integrations, downstream servicing, risk, and reconciliation platforms.
  • Own outcome‑based roadmaps, OKRs, and product health metrics.
  • Partner with Technology, Architecture, Data, and Platform teams to ensure delivery aligns with enterprise non‑functional requirements (resiliency, performance, security).
  • Act as the primary product authority for the Lending Ecosystem & Integrations domain with executive stakeholders across CB, CIB, Consumer, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Drive alignment across internal and external systems, including vendor and partner platforms that participate in the lending ecosystem.
  • Represent the product line in senior governance forums, transformation reviews, and regulatory discussions.
  • This is an Individual contributor role. Candidates need to inspire, influence and develop Lead Product Managers and Product Owners
  • Set product management standards, operating rhythms, and best practices across the LEI product line.
  • Build strong succession and talent pipelines within the product organization.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in enterprise platforms, integrations, or financial services technology.
  • Proven leadership of large‑scale, multi‑system integration ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of commercial lending lifecycle (origination, servicing, credit, accounting, risk).
  • Strong executive communication and influence skills.
  • Experience with Loan IQ and large‑scale lending platforms integration and transformation programs.
  • Background in API platforms, event‑driven architecture, or integration middleware.


Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
