Organisation Design and Implementation are trusted advisors and delivery partners to T&C and the business, through a strategy led, data informed, and people enabled approach to delivering workforce transformation projects end-to-end.
The Senior Lead - Organisation Design & Implementation leads the day-to-day delivery and execution of large, complex people and workforce transformation initiatives, ensuring clear business outcomes are achieved. These initiatives may include the development of new operating models, organisation design and restructures, location or offshoring strategies, M&A people streams, data-led workforce analysis or broader transformation programs.
The role acts as a critical integrator across business stakeholders, T&C partners, project teams and cross-functional contributors to drive progress, manage complexity and deliver outcomes at pace. This includes leading project teams, managing risks and interdependencies, removing roadblocks, supporting governance and providing subject matter expertise across core OD&I delivery areas.
The role may lead a standalone program or manage a major stream within a broader enterprise transformation initiative, balancing strategic outcomes, stakeholder needs, total investment, delivery risk and time to benefit. The role will also provide strategic advice and challenge to business leaders on organisational effectiveness, operating model design, workforce impacts and implementation considerations.
This role will also have accountability for performing administrative people management responsibilities and supporting the professional development of OD&I Consultants who report into the role.
