Job Description
We are currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate to work on the InternationalMobile Top Up business. The candidate will be responsible for revenue sales, customeracquisitions, and retention for the USA and international markets.The Marketing Director will lead the development of digital marketing projects, includingcreatives to grow the international mobile top up in the retail channel.The Marketing Director is responsible for working with various teams to ensure the appropriateimplementation of marketing strategies for the BOSS Revolution International Mobile Top Upbusiness.This person will also be in charge of launching new products like egifts.Responsibilities:Manage the marketing for the International Mobile Top Up (IMTU) portfolio of products.Including the execution and measurement of CRM campaigns which include SMS notifications,emails and in app push messagesManage the implementation and analysis of programs that drive new customer acquisition, suchas Refer a Friend, community events, social media, and more.Design and implement digital marketing campaigns for International Mobile Top Up business inUSA/Canada and other international countriesLead the design of creative elements for campaigns with designers/agencyAnalyze/monitor international mobile top up data and propose action plans to grow the businessCollaborate with product and sales teams to effectively launch and market new or enhancedproductsConduct surveys on a needed basis to understand customer behavior, preferences andcompetitionManage/Track BudgetDevelop presentations demonstrating campaign results, business analysis, etc
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in international mobile top up, preferably having worked at a Mobile carrier
- Marketing Degree
- Bilingual English/Spanish – Fluent in English 85%
- 5 years of marketing experience, preferably digital
- High energy and desire to work in a results-oriented environment
- Excellent project management, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- This person needs strong digital and creative marketing knowledge and project
- management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Active American VISA / be able to go to the US
EDUCATIVE REQUIREMENTS AND DEGREES
- BA in Marketing
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English, written and oral
- Business Experience: 2 or more years prior experience in money transfer or financial
- services industry, marketing, digital preferred, international experience and working for a mobile carrier a plus
