Oversee the tracking of assets to/from the site, including the implementation of GE ID tagging, and maintain comprehensive records of rebuilds and electrical testing within project management systems (e.g., Box, iAuditor).
  • Process Standardization: Continuously update technical documentation and iAuditor workflows as new processes are identified to drive repeatability and operational excellence.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all shop environments are established in full compliance with safety protocols, including the provision of required signage, first aid resources, and the proactive resolution of site-specific safety concerns.
  • Project Monitoring: Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining 24/7 operational readiness where required and serving as the primary point of contact for the duration of the project.
