Digital, Data, and AI (DDAI) within Consumer Banking & Lending (CBL) is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Strategy Consultant to join its Digital Strategy team. Our team connects the dots across the organization—bringing together data, customer insights, and business priorities—to shape roadmaps, influence teams, and ensure digital initiatives are focused on the highest‑impact opportunities, while translating that work into clear, executive‑ready communications for senior leadership.

In this role, you will:
Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
Create and deliver executive-ready presentations, often under tight timelines and with limited notice.
Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
Work across the organization to distill complex, ambiguous issues into clear, concise communications for C‑level leaders
Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years prior experience at a Tier 1 management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG is strongly preferred)
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; able to rapidly break down large, messy problems
Expert-level PowerPoint skills with proven ability to create polished, executive-ready decks; ThinkCell experience preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior and executive audiences
Experience navigating ambiguous, cross‑organizational environments involving product, platform, data, and technology stakeholders
Experience in financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries
Exposure to AI, data, or advanced analytics strategy (technical depth not required)
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
