About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager on the Digital, Data, & AI (DDAI) Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management team.

This role will lead performance reporting deliverables and cross-functional execution focused on maintaining and improving our digital measurement systems and productivity analytics for Digital, Data, & AI, as well as stakeholder engagement and business operations activities. This individual will be responsible for coordinating complex initiatives, developing executive materials, and operating at a high level of senior autonomy.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop & manage routines for monthly investment portfolio reporting, business reviews, performance metrics definition & tracking, and stakeholder management

  • Work closely and partner with the members of Technology, Finance, and teams in Digital, Data, & AI businesses

  • Coordinate responses to ad-hoc executive requests across product leaders & teams

    • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment

    • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise

    • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking

    • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others

    • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact

    • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

    • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Skilled in building strong working relationships and collaborating with broad range of partners and stakeholders

  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

  • Data and outcome driven, with a history of designing and implementing measurement systems, reporting and analytics that tie business performance results to financial outcomes

  • Excellent PowerPoint skills with focus on creating executive-ready presentations

  • Expert-level skills in using spreadsheets to analyze and automate complex information

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills & analytical skills, with ability to turn findings into actionable solutions

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of all consumer business lines, including Deposits, Payments, Lending, and Investments

  • Knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, or investment planning processes to support portfolio performance routines.

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
