About this role:

The CB CIB Digital team is looking for a strong product leader to drive strategy and execution across complex platform experiences, including identity and access, in partnership with cross-functional teams.

This role owns the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of high-impact, cross-system initiatives, with a focus on simplifying complex experiences and ensuring consistency across user journeys. The ideal candidate brings strong product judgment, operates effectively in ambiguity, and influences outcomes across business, technology, and design while driving measurable impact.

In this role, you will:

Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to influence digital product and platform strategy across complex business and technology environments

Define and drive product strategy for identity and access capabilities, focusing on customer-facing administrative experiences where clients manage users, roles, and permissions across their organizations and workflows

Lead large-scale transformation initiatives involving modernization, simplification, and consolidation of digital experiences

Own end-to-end product strategy across multiple systems and journeys, ensuring alignment across business, technology, design, and data teams

Solve highly complex product and system challenges involving multiple platforms, integrations, and customer experiences

Drive consistency and simplicity in customer and administrative experiences, ensuring clear and intuitive interaction models across products

Define and evolve the use of data and AI-driven capabilities to improve decision-making, reduce complexity, and enhance user experience

Provide strong technical product leadership across APIs, system integrations, and platform architecture

Influence and align senior stakeholders across product, technology, design, and risk to drive decisions and outcomes

Lead and mentor product managers to strengthen product thinking, execution quality, and ownership across the team

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Deep expertise in identity, access, or platform-based product domains

Proven experience leading platform strategy and large-scale transformation initiatives

Experience driving product strategy in complex, multi-system environments

Experience applying data and AI/ML concepts to product use cases

Strong technical background with ability to lead discussions on APIs, system integrations, and architectural trade-offs

Strong ability to influence senior leadership and operate effectively in a matrixed organization

Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries

Strong understanding of platform architecture, system integration, and modernization approaches

Experience improving experience consistency across complex or fragmented systems

Strong understanding of digital product management, service design, and agile delivery
