We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager with demonstrated experience successfully leading and delivering projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in business analysis and technical analysis, but will operate primarily in a project management capacity, driving execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence across cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead medium-complexity initiatives through the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through execution, implementation, and transition.
Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, RAIDQ logs, project financial forecasts, and communication plans.
Actively monitor project health, manage risks/issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
Lead cross-functional meetings, status updates, decision forums, and project working sessions.
Ensure compliance with organizational governance, documentation standards, and regulatory expectations.
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and ensure solution alignment with business and technology strategies.
Support requirements gathering, process mapping, system/data analysis, and clarifications for technical teams.
Contribute to design discussions, solution validation, and quality assurance—including test planning, UAT coordination, and defect triage.
Help identify impacts across processes, systems, data flows, operations, and customer experience.
Serve as a primary point of contact between business partners, technology teams, operations, and vendors.
Communicate project progress, risks, and decisions in a clear, executive-ready manner.
Manage expectations, negotiate priorities, and facilitate decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
Support continuous improvement efforts within the Bank delivery organization.
Recommend enhancements to processes, tools, templates, and ways of working.
Capture and socialize lessons learned to strengthen future project delivery.
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of direct project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives and 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Proven track record managing projects using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience building project schedules, managing risks, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and driving project execution.
Strong business and technical analysis skills, with the ability to translate requirements into actionable plans.
Conduct detailed business analysis, translating high-level business needs into clear, concise, and complete requirements.
Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage ambiguity while delivering structure, clarity, and momentum.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services, banking, operations, or technology implementation projects.
Vendor management or third‑party solution implementation experience.
Certifications: PMP, CAPM, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
Familiarity with Lean or process improvement methodologies.
Designed for someone with project management experience who also brings analytical depth to support strong delivery outcomes.

In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
