We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to support our digital transformation initiatives with a focus on AI operations, cloud development, and AI solution support.
In this role, you will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and day‑to‑day operations of internal AI capabilities.
Working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and running effectively for internal engineers and business users.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience
Required
• 2–4 years of experience in IT, cloud operations, software development, or similar technical roles.
• At least two years experience with AWS/Azure services.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, automation tools).
• Understanding of AI/ML applications and their components.
• Strong, demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, AWS SAM, etc.).
• Exposure to AIOps concepts and monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog, etc)
• Experience with Databricks or similar Data Science platforms
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
• Exposure to XR technologies (Unity/Unreal/AR/VR)
