The role drives transparency, accountability, and disciplined execution by integrating milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes into a cohesive Operations narrative for executive audiences and governance forums.

The role operates with significant autonomy and influence, shaping delivery outcomes in a highly matrixed environment and serving as a key connector between Operations leaders, enterprise program teams, and executive sponsors.

  • Own development and delivery of executive‑level dashboards, scorecards, and reporting, translating complex operational data into clear, decision‑ready insights.

  • Lead coordination of governance and committee materials, including updates for executive sponsors, steering committees, and other enterprise forums.

  • Enable effective decision‑making by ensuring Operations inputs are accurate, timely, and clearly represented in executive‑level discussions.

  • Proactively monitor delivery performance, identify emerging risks or dependencies, and escalate issues with recommended paths forward

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Operations leadership, strengthening confidence in execution through disciplined program management, clear communication, and results orientation.

  • Make decisions in highly complex, ambiguous situations requiring deep understanding of Operations, products, and enterprise change delivery, and support implementation of approved solutions.

  • Extensive experience supporting enterprise or executive‑level governance for payments initiatives, steering committees, and senior sponsors.

  • Proven ability to synthesize complex, multi‑workstream information into concise, executive‑ready insights.

  • Demonstrated success influencing outcomes in a highly matrixed environment without direct authority.

  • Strong judgment and decision‑making skills in complex, high‑visibility execution environments.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in management consulting or a consulting‑style execution role, including structured problem solving and executive communication.
