As Senior Lead – AI Engineering, you will own the end-to-end architecture, delivery, and optimization of enterprise RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agentic systems. You will lead a small team of AI engineers to build and deploy LangGraph, Haystack, and FastAPI-based pipelines that extract, enrich, and reason over unstructured data.
This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and system design — ensuring every AI service meets enterprise-grade standards of performance, reliability, and governance.
