The candidates must be able to work on shift schedule. (shift-work 8 normal working hours per day and 5 days per weeks) including Saturday, Sunday.

Job description

• Supervise the development and growth of the export team.
• Oversee export department functions and recommend process improvements.
• Implementing and allocating resources to meet the productivity and utilization.
• Drive and lead regular team meetings.
• Support and provide internal cross training / knowledge sharing for team members.
• Manages and resolve countries' escalated issues in an efficient and timely manner.
• Regular call with customers to develop and maintain relationship.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory expectations are met within the service delivery scope.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Applicant's profile

• Bachelor / Master 's degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 5-8 Years experience in sea / air export operations.
• Minimum 3-year experience in supervisor level, in which must have been in integrated operations experiences.
• An experience in international freight forwarding industry is a must.
• Good Command in English.
• Experience in Cargo Wise would be advantage.
• Ability to communicate, lead the team and solve problems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Be able to work in shifts and flexible hours.
