ABOUT THE POSITION

This role will play a key part in driving learning initiatives, supporting organizational development, and strengthening employee capabilities during the company’s growth and transformation journey.

Learning & Development

  • Lead and coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees
  • Plan, organize, and manage internal and external training programs
  • Work closely with managers and stakeholders to identify competency gaps and development plans
  • Follow up on individual development plans and team learning roadmaps
  • Develop and improve training materials, soft skills programs, and learning content aligned with company culture and business needs
  • Support learning initiatives related to leadership development, mentoring, succession planning, and employee growth

Training Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, venue setup, communication, materials, and vendor management
  • Maintain training records, learning databases, and training reports
  • Track training effectiveness and gather participant feedback for continuous improvement
  • Design and apply assessment methods to evaluate learning outcomes
  • Manage training budget and vendor relationships when needed

Other Responsibilities

  • Support other HR projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Contribute ideas to improve employee development experience and organizational effectiveness
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development within multinational companies
  • Strong experience in organizing and driving training programs independently
  • Strong coordination, organization, and project management abilities
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Positive mindset, proactive attitude, and strong ownership
