Our Perth Banking and Projects team advises major Australian and international lenders, borrowers, sponsors and investors on complex financing transactions across the mining, energy, resources and infrastructure sectors.
You’ll work with Partner Dom McGreal, a trusted advisor on complex financing structures, derivatives and offtake arrangements. Dom joined G+T following our integration with Wright Legal in 2024, where he was previously a Director.
His recent work includes Macmahon Holdings’ replacement and upsizing of its $550 million syndicated debt facility, Catalyst Metals’ $110 million syndicated debt facility and MAC Copper on financing, metal streaming and royalty arrangements associated with its $1.6 billion acquisition by NYSE and JSE-listed Harmony Gold Mining. Dom was named Lawyer of the Year for Asset Finance Law (Best Lawyers 2026).
