Lead cross-functional and multi-regional launch teams from launch preparation kickoff through first sales
Drive global launch preparation within development projects and market rollouts
Plan, track, and optimize launch timelines, milestones, and readiness activities
Identify, assess, and mitigate launch risks; escalate challenges on the critical path to governance bodies
Ensure fact-based status reporting and decision-making in launch and governance forums
Oversee launch KPIs, performance tracking, and post-launch reviews
Contribute to the continuous improvement of launch processes, tools, templates, and training
Actively collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to prioritize key market launches
Master’s degree in science, pharmacy, medicine, engineering, or health economics
Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in launch, project, product, or supply chain management
Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, combination products, or clinical nutrition
Strong understanding of commercialization, supply chain readiness, and market access considerations
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global matrix without formal authority
Fluency in English; German or Chinese is an asset
Proficient in MS Office 365, MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint
Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Resilient, execution focused, and comfortable operating under time pressure
