The Opportunity

You’ll join a powerhouse team delivering large-scale commercial landscape tenders. Managing the process from first principles through to submission with the autonomy and trust to deliver it well. You won’t be tied to a box-ticking process. You’ll be expected to think commercially, challenge scope, spot opportunities and position the business to continue the current winning streak.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end tender pricing for major, high-value commercial landscape projects.
• Develop detailed and accurate cost plans across complex project scopes.
• Build tender strategies that balance competitiveness, commercial return and project risk.
• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements to identify key pricing considerations.
• Engage and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive, reliable pricing.
• Identify project risks, exclusions and opportunities throughout the tender process.
• Challenge scope and explore value engineering opportunities to strengthen project outcomes.
• Prepare clear, commercially sound tender submissions and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Work closely with senior leadership, clients and delivery teams from tender through to project handover.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, strengthening relationships and helping position the business to win.

What will you need?

• Proven experience pricing large, complex commercial landscape or civil projects
• Strong commercial instinct, you understand margins, risk, and strategy
• Ability to operate autonomously at a senior level
• Confidence to challenge, influence, and make decisions
• High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
