  • Coordinate with the Resident Engineer and design team to resolve technical queries, RFIs, and site-generated design adjustments.

  • Liaise with UAE regulatory authorities to manage NOC processes, inspections, and approvals; ensure smooth project close-out and community handover in compliance with completion certificate requirements.

  • Collaborate with the construction management team to identify and eliminate environmental, health, and safety hazards associated with landscape works.

  • Maintain a daily site log as a permanent record of construction activities, and compile discipline data for final project turnover documentation.

  • Supervise and mentor inspection staff; conduct direct site inspections as required and prepare progress reports for the Resident Engineer.

  • Maintain up-to-date construction technical catalogues, supplier data, and project literature for the landscape discipline.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in site supervision and construction management, with a focus on landscape works within infrastructure and masterplan development projects.

  • Proven UAE experience on complex residential or mixed-use master developments, with demonstrated hands-on involvement across multiple phases of large-scale projects.

  • Demonstrable track record managing NOC and regulatory approval processes within the UAE, particularly within the Dubai approvals framework.

  • Hands-on understanding of UAE construction and site delivery processes including contractor coordination, RFI management, shop drawing review, and site inspection protocols.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC landscape suppliers, plant material availability, hardscape products, and established trade relationships.

  • Extensive experience in tree selection with broad knowledge of regional nursery availability and plant performance in the Gulf climate.

  • Must be fully computer literate and proficient in utilising technology to access data, maintain records, and generate reports; familiarity construction software is required.
