Snior Landscape Architect

Dubai, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Landscape Architect to join our team! In this role you will get t o work in a young and dynamic team for the delivery of creative public realm design of varying scales.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparation, design and presentation of high-quality landscape concept drawings.

• Produce technical design packages through to tender.

• Undertake contract administration of projects.

• Liaise with juniors and plan, program and delegate within the team structure.

• Coordinate with other relevant disciplines such as Irrigation Designers, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects, Master planners and Quantity Surveyors.

• Maintain regular liaison with clients and client representatives.

• Develop contracts within budget parameters and provide accurate costing information to clients or quantity surveyors.

• Prepare maintenance plans for completed sites.

• Maintain affiliations with professional societies to keep abreast of technologies

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of industry codes/standards/health and safety requirements and sustainability regulations.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Show a team‑oriented, collaborative approach to landscape architecture within the design team.

• Maintain a strong understanding of the regional construction industry, local construction methods, and how these influence design decisions.

• Demonstrate a clear commitment to high‑quality design.

• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Be self‑motivated, able to contribute as part of a team, and also work independently when required.

• Demonstrate an understanding of key design related computer programs such as Revit, Adobe suites and 3D modelling software such as Sketch Up and Rhino.

• More than 7 years of continuous employment within the profession of Landscape Architecture.

• Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or any relevant Degree.

• Fluency in English, verbal and written. Proficiency in other languages, especially Arabic, is highly regarded.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• A willingness to develop and further landscape architecture skills and techniques for the enhancement and efficiency of the team.

• Competent and proven planting design and horticultural knowledge.

• Professional chartership - CMLI / ASLA / ALIA
