A track record of designing and delivering a range of landscape projects internationally.
Designs and manages landscape architecture projects and teams.
Develops, modifies and review drawings for landscape architecture projects.
Demonstrates creative thinking abilities and contributes to firm wide design excellence and problem solving.
Demonstrates understanding of the relationship between design and constructability.
Incorporates integrated sustainable design solutions into projects.
Participates in managing client relationships and representing Company Brand when meeting with clients and other consultants.
Understands company agreements, contracts and deliverables, and assures that company standards for project management are met.
Participates in professional organizations and events for the promotion of the firm and its services, sometimes outside of normal business hours.
Any other duties assigned by the team leader but not limited to the above.
Requirements
Degree in Landscape Architecture;
Have more than 5 years’ experience with proficiency in design;
Excellent graphics, strong design and effective communication skills are essential;
Hotel, Resort, large scale Residential & Mixed-Use Development Design experience;
Possess Software skills including AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, Lumion and MS Office;
Experience in working overseas or in an international environment would be an advantage;
Are responsible, mature, self-motivated, resourceful, a team player and possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
Are willing to travel
