As a Senior Laboratory Engineer within Quality Control, you will act as a technical expert in validation and qualification across the QC department. You will lead major change controls, improvement initiatives, and complex deviations, while supporting colleagues in quality-related activities and routine QC testing.
The role also includes delivering internal GMP training, providing technical guidance, and contributing to the continued development of QC processes and ways of working.
You are an experienced and quality-focused QC professional who takes ownership, works in a structured way, and enjoys solving complex technical issues. You are collaborative, confident in sharing your expertise, and comfortable supporting and coaching colleagues.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Solna site, with a six-month probationary period.
We believe collaboration is strongest when we meet in person while still offering flexibility. The role follows Valneva Sweden's hybrid working model, with at least 50% of working time spent on-site in Solna.
