General Summary:
职位目标：
对Module产品做失效分析，确保产品品质 整理和收集各项失效分析记录 指导和监督手动测试操作人员的工作。
工作内容：
利用相关设备与分析手段(x-ray, Etching, C-SAM, lapping, cross section)对Module产品做日常失效分析工作,分析并判定失效模式。 根据失效分析结果，对产品批次作出处理意见。 及时将发现的产品质量问题反馈至相应工程师, 跟踪并确认纠正措施是否有效。 指导和监督手测操作人员的工作，确保其保质保量的完成工作任务。 整理和收集各项失效分析记录，确保数据准确。 维护失效分析实验室的5S。 完成上级安排的其它事项。
任职资格:
1.专业知识：熟悉失效分析方法和流程的优先。
2. 工作经验：1年以上电子或相关领域的工作经验， 对于大规模生产和产品质量的分析和控制有基本认识。
3.教育背景：电子类专业,中专及以上。
4. 个人技能及素质：良好的团队精神及交流、协调能力。会使用office办公软件,CET4优先
工作条件: 工作场所为FA实验室，环境状况良好；有职业病危害，工作中接触X-Ray与HNO3。
