We are looking for a senior support professional to provide technical and operational ownership of our R&D laboratory digital platforms and services. You will help ensure stable, compliant, and efficient lab operations across sites/regions, acting as the subject‑matter expert for key laboratory systems. You will be accountable for resolving complex issues that impact lab continuity, data integrity, and regulatory readiness.What makes this role exciting? Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main technical contact for lab users and stakeholders (R&D, Quality, Product, and external vendors) for your assigned systems.
  • Support system configuration and ongoing improvements, including upgrades, releases, and integrations, in line with GxP, validation, and data‑integrity requirements.
  • Provide end‑to‑end operational support for key laboratory digital platforms (e.g., LIMS/ELN and connected lab applications) across one or more sites/regions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex, high‑impact issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes.
  • Keep documentation audit‑ready (SOPs, validation evidence, change records).
  • Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities to strengthen reliability and user experience of lab technology services.
  • Support Operational Technology (OT) activities for laboratory systems, including secure build/configuration, patching coordination, and lifecycle support of OT/IT-connected assets.
  • Support Cyber Security compliance for laboratory systems by implementing and maintaining required controls/tools addressing vulnerabilities, and supporting audits and remediation actions.
  • Perform other tech activities within agreed job competences.
  • Support regulatory inspections and internal/external audits as a system/service owner.

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in regulated R&D, QC, or laboratory environments preferred.
  • Owns broader or more critical systems and sites.
  • Resolves issues independently where procedures are not fully defined.
  • Influences solutions and standards through expertise rather than supervision.
  • Acts as a trusted technical advisor to lab and quality stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong hands‑on experience supporting enterprise laboratory systems (e.g., LIMS, ELN, CDS, lab integrations).
  • Solid understanding of GxP, validation, and data‑integrity principles in regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to manage non‑routine incidents and cross‑system dependencies.
  • Experience working with global lab operations and vendors.
  • Clear communication skills, able to translate technical issues into operational impact.
