We are looking for a senior support professional to provide technical and operational ownership of our R&D laboratory digital platforms and services. You will help ensure stable, compliant, and efficient lab operations across sites/regions, acting as the subject‑matter expert for key laboratory systems. You will be accountable for resolving complex issues that impact lab continuity, data integrity, and regulatory readiness.What makes this role exciting?
