The Senior Lab Support Analyst in support of Phantom Works will lead and drive execution within a dynamic lab environment to meet customer requirements and program objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering processes, laboratory equipment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop balanced schedules, improve processes, and support multiple developmental programs with shifting priorities.

Leads teams to research, analyze and compile complex technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle. Applies complex systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of system of systems, systems and new product development. Derives and develops complex architectures, functional requirements, refinements and product designs. Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product. Provides leadership to project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives. Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools. Provide technical leadership, develops training, leads and mentors others. Works under consultative direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical planning and control activities; maintain and enhance lab processes and software tools.

  • Adapt to changing priorities, managing multiple projects and demands simultaneously.

  • Interface with project/program teams, management, customers, and suppliers to align with organizational objectives.

  • Participate in the development and refinement of engineering processes, methods, and tools.

  • Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to team members.

  • Apply complex systems engineering methodologies to support system-level concepts and product lifecycle optimization.

  • Integrate technical, cost, risk, and specialty engineering considerations into product definitions.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a proactive safety culture.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Kent, WA.

Travel may be required up to 5% of the time; Domestically depending on business needs.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim/Final U.S. Top-Secret/SCI Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry.

  • At least 10 years managing and prioritizing multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Active Top-Secret Security Clearance

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 10+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience managing laboratory equipment and personnel.

  • Experience working in cleanroom environments.

  • Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation, software, processes, or measurements.

pay range: $130,900 - $177,100
