Senior Knowledge Management Associate

In Poland - Warsaw

Simon-Kucher’s Knowledge Management is the hub for the business to use all our internal knowledge for project execution and business development and is being constantly further developed for better user experience. The Knowledge Management is mainly responsible to implement KM – Tools and processes globally to build a strong knowledge capturing infrastructure as base for AI grounded search.

As our new KM enabler, you will pay a crucial role in supporting the team’s efforts to support our business and introduce new functionalities.

How you will create an impact:

• You support the central collaboration platform for knowledge exchange as product owner
• In this role, you collaborate closely with the IT service owner and are the key contact for the platform vendor
• Your responsibilities include ownership of the platform roadmap, requirements and stakeholder management and continuous improvement across search, navigation and usability
• You support our users with general KM navigation and functionality and train users.
• You identify and prioritize AI and automation use cases
• With support from the Data & AI team, you configure and scale agentic AI workflows
• You support in the evaluation of solutions such as the KM chatbot from experimentation through adaption
• You support AI governance and provide the right indicators to enable content and process governance by creating and maintaining KPI dashboards for the department[KS1][ER2]
• You keep up to date with industry knowledge of relevant technologies and implement industry and security best practices when deploying solutions.
• You take responsibility for understanding and upholding knowledge management principles and processes.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics or knowledge management, any current industry certifications are a plus.
• Practical experience in the field of knowledge management, experience in setting up and/or further developing knowledge management structures on an international basis is an advantage.
• You have a keen interest in the entire knowledge management process, including its implementation.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly get to grips with new topics and tasks suit you. You have a core understanding and interest in consulting project work.
• You are enthusiastic about developing new processes to improve the daily work of the business and therefore you are open to learn new technologies and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and other the Microsoft 365 environment is required.
• Knowledge of technologies such as the Power Platform (especially Power Automate), ChatGPT, Azure AI and the creation of technical documentation is an advantage.
• Experience with the development and governance of agentic AI tools in knowledge management is a plus
• Basic web development skills such as HTML5, CSS and JSON complete your profile – but a not a must.
• You have good written and verbal communication skills in business English.
• You have a strong team spirit, show initiative, and like to take responsibility.
• Your way of working is well-structured, and you have a reliable self- and time management.
• As a strong plus, you bring a hands-on mentality and are a communicative and engaged team player.
