About the Team & Your Impact
We are located in our state-of-the-art competence center in Warsaw—one of the largest in the global
Bosch network—from where we work on a truly international scale. Our core collaboration spans Poland,
Germany, India, and Brazil, with the scope expanding to other countries as new projects arise. The

Your main tasks will include:
• Working on Kinaxis Maestro transformation projects as a core member of the design and build,
integration, or deployment teams.
• Designing, configuring, and developing Kinaxis Maestro solutions to boost business potential and
fulfill specific business needs.
• Supporting the gathering and definition of business requirements, designing solutions and
processes, as well as creating comprehensive specifications and documentation.
• Participating in solution delivery, end-to-end testing, problem-solving, and end-user training.
• Cooperating with SAP S/4 HANA projects with a strong focus on systems integration.

• Thriving in an international and multicultural environment, collaborating daily within agile and
cross-functional teams.
• Experience Professional experience as a consultant working with or for the business, including
hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects designing and configuring processes in
Maestro.
• Technical Expertise A senior level of expertise in Kinaxis Maestro applications, specifically for supply,
forecasting, and demand planning capabilities.
• Integrations (Nice to have): Experience in systems integration and data mapping will be a significant
asset.
• Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
(Kinaxis certification is a strong advantage).
• Mindset & Soft Skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve complex
matters. Excellent communication abilities to effectively work with diverse stakeholders and explain
specific solutions and concepts clearly.
• Languages Fluent in written and spoken English to enable seamless daily cooperation in our
international teams.
