We are looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Specialist to join Bayer's Radiology & Medical Devices business in the Philippines.

This role is responsible for managing and growing Bayer's Radiology and Medical Device portfolio across an assigned territory through channel partners and direct customer engagement. You will develop strategic customer relationships, drive sales performance, identify business opportunities, and support the delivery of innovative radiology, molecular imaging, and cathlab solutions that improve patient outcomes.

As a Senior Key Account Specialist, you will:

• Manage and grow relationships with channel partners, distributors, OEMs, and hospital accounts within the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets through effective territory management, strategic account planning, and business development.
• Promote Bayer's Radiology and Medical Device portfolio, including contrast media, injectors, consumables, and integrated healthcare solutions.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive long-term business growth.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding market share across direct and channel accounts.
• Lead customer negotiations, business reviews, sales forecasting, and territory performance management.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to develop effective commercial strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute sales, marketing, customer engagement, and scientific education initiatives.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Radiologic Technology, Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical device, radiology, diagnostic imaging, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales.
• Strong background in Radiology and experience engaging with radiology departments, imaging centers, or cathlab customers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
• Experience managing channel partners and hospital stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
