How you’ll contribute and help us grow:

• Customer Management As part of the international customer team, you drive and manage the business with a leading international discount retail customer and independently lead annual business reviews for defined categories.
• Market & Customer Expertise By building and continuously enhancing customer knowledge, you strengthen collaboration across the international Nestlé organization.
• Strategic Planning In close alignment with the relevant markets, you develop strategic customer plans to drive profitable growth within your assigned categories.
• Negotiation Management You lead international commercial negotiations in close cooperation with markets and categories, ensuring sustainable and successful agreements.
• Performance Management Through regular analysis of relevant KPIs, you derive targeted actions and ensure the achievement of defined business objectives.
• Collaboration & Best Practices You actively share successful approaches with the International Key Account Team and work closely with cross-functional partners such as Marketing and Supply Chain to drive joint success.

What will make you a great fit:

• Sales Experience Following your degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification, you have already gained several years of experience in FMCG sales and ideally bring additional knowledge of the discount retail environment.
• Communication Skills With your strong communication and organizational abilities, you excel in day-to-day interactions and conduct negotiations confidently, professionally, and with a results-driven mindset.
• Results Orientation A structured and goal-oriented approach defines your way of working, enabling you to successfully navigate challenges and deliver sustainable results.
• Team Spirit & Flexibility You enjoy collaborating with colleagues, both virtually and on-site in Frankfurt, and actively contribute to a positive and successful team culture.
• International Collaboration Thanks to your willingness to travel, you thrive in an international environment and work effectively with colleagues and partners across borders.
• Language & IT Skills Fluent English skills and a confident command of standard Microsoft Office applications complete your profile.
