Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key accounts to drive sales growth and maximize customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve sales targets, expand product distribution, and increase market share for assigned key accounts.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, including understanding their business objectives, needs, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, logistics, finance, and senior management, to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and support the needs of key accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive initiatives to secure additional sales and promote partnership growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and consumer insights to proactively identify business opportunities and potential risks for key accounts.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with key accounts to optimize inventory levels and minimize supply chain disruptions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional terms with key accounts while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, market updates, and presentation materials to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement and enhance professional expertise.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG industry, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internally across functions.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and business recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
