LOCATION: ST IVES, CAMBRIDGESHIRE WITH TRAVEL

START DATE: MONDAY 4TH JANUARY 2027

Do you have experience managing and developing key accounts and client relationships? Are you commercially aware, confident working with performance data, and skilled at influencing stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes? Do you enjoy identifying opportunities to improve service, strengthen partnerships and contribute to business growth?

We have the job for you!

At Move With Us, part of Simplify, we're looking for a talented and commercially minded Senior Key Account Manager (known internally as a Client Relationship Manager) to help manage and develop our relationship with a brand new new client!

Working closely with our Head of Partnerships, operational management, and wider teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining a successful client partnership, monitoring service performance and identifying opportunities to improve the experience delivered to our client and their customers.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days will be quite the same! You'll be building relationships with key stakeholders, attending client meetings, analysing performance against agreed service levels, helping to resolve challenges and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and maximise existing business.

You'll also work collaboratively with colleagues across Move With Us and DC Law, ensuring that client feedback, service concerns and potential improvements are communicated effectively and followed through.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining positive, productive relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attending and contributing to client meetings, service reviews, portfolio discussions and training sessions.
  • Monitoring service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, producing regular reports and identifying areas requiring attention.
  • Reviewing property valuation activity and conversion performance, identifying opportunities to improve results.
  • Monitoring the frequency and quality of contact with personal representatives, working with operational colleagues to address any service concerns.
  • Coordinating responses to client complaints and escalations, working with relevant teams to understand root causes and support improvements.
  • Identifying opportunities to develop the existing relationship, increase revenue and introduce relevant additional services.
  • Supporting agreed service improvement initiatives and helping to ensure actions are progressed effectively.

Whilst you'll be based primarily at our St Ives office, the role will also involve occasional travel across the UK, expected to be approximately fortnightly, to meet clients and other stakeholders.

BENEFITS

Competitive salary of £35,000–£45,000 + £10,000 bonus (£45,000–£55,000 OTE), working from a modern office in beautiful surroundings, 25 days holiday (plus 8 days public holiday) increasing with length of service, option to buy or sell holiday, life assurance, enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay, free conveyancing legals, GP 24-hour service, retail discounts, free on-site parking, plus many more!

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of an important client relationship within a leading property services business, with the chance to make a genuine contribution to service quality, client satisfaction and commercial performance.

You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, with the opportunity to develop your experience, build valuable relationships and make a real difference.

You'll also need:

  • Previous experience in a client relationship management, key account management, senior sales, or similar client-facing role within the Property industry.

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, with the flexibility to undertake occasional UK travel, estimated at approximately fortnightly.
