YOUR MISSION
Own the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the event streaming and API management platform
Ensure that systems are scalable, stable, and well monitored in a high-availability environment
Design and improve application integration using messaging and API management, with a focus on long-term sustainability
Work closely with engineering, platform, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery
Contribute to platform reliability and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively
Support the team with an open and collaborative mindset, sharing knowledge and driving improvements
Participate in on-call support to ensure platform availability
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Strong experience working with event streaming technologies, especially Kafka
Proven background in building and operating high-availability and high-performance platforms
Good understanding of system scalability, monitoring, and reliability
Experience with API management and integration architectures
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
Motivation to not only implement solutions but also improve processes and systems
Structured and hands-on working style
Very good German and English skills
