Job Bridge Global is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior and Junior Store Man to join our client's team. As a Senior and Junior Store Man, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient and accurate stock control. You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the store, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate stock records.
• Ensure efficient stock control practices, including regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock replenishment and minimize stock-outs.
• Collaborate with purchasing and procurement teams to manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Supervise and train store staff in store procedures and best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders on time.
• Handle and resolve any complaints or inquiries related to store operations.
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Man or similar role.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be able to operate a Telehandler to lift heavy cable drums
• HIAB Experience required for senior postion
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and systems.
• Ability to effectively manage and supervise a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
