EnterprisePerformance Management (EPM) team is based in Prague and is part of the Digital Enablement department which engages in Big Data, Data Science, Data AnalyticsactivitiesandSAPERP Implementation related services. Our team delivers projects for clients in the Czech Republic as well as internationally–primarily in Germany–and develops data and technology solutions that drive better business decisions andoptimizecosts.Leveragingadvanced technologies, we implement the right controls, processes, and structures to ensure decisions are based onaccurateinformation and resources are used efficiently.
VlastimilKošíkleads the End-to-End Planning in PwC Czech Republic.The team focuses on topics from Finance to Supply ChainPlanning& Operations. Throughout his professional career he has had a chance to hold various positions as a developer, business analyst with later stages moving to solution architecture, projectleadershipandteam leadership.Outside of the typical working hours he likes to spend his time in wilder parts of nature, ideally kayaking and fishing.
As aSeniorJedoxConsultant, you will become a part of a small but quickly growing team of highlyexperienced and specialized experts in various areas of Enterprise Performance Management. You will:
Work onend-to-endJedoximplementation projects, designing and delivering solutions for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecastingacross finance, sales, and other key enterprise functions
Design and develop complexJedoxdata models, including advanced business rulesand rule templates,optimizedETL processes,integrations,and frontend components (planningtemplates,reportsand dashboards); implement workflows and security schemes, while ensuring performance optimization
Facilitate and manage workshops with key stakeholders toidentifybusiness needs, gatherrequirementsand define solution scope
Design solutions tailored to client-specificneedsand recommend best practices to clients
Ensure the quality ofprojectdeliverablesby performing functional testinginJedox,debuggingand reviewing solution design
Active participation inpresalesactivities and preparation of proposals for new clients
Build andmaintainrelationships with key stakeholders
Support knowledge transfer to client,provide training, and foster the development of junior team members
University degree, ideally with focus on Economics,Financeor IT
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Communicative English
Fluent (written and spoken) communication in Czech isa must
Deep knowledge of IT and Finance/Controlling concepts, with the ability to apply them in complex EPM solution design
Previousconsulting experience
Strongexpertisein OLAP concepts and multidimensional modeling
Experience with gathering business requirements (businessobjectives, user needs and goals, supporting metrics, technical specifications, data sources)
At least 2 years of proven experience indesigningJedoxsolutions,implementing themandcustomizingto client needs
Nice to have
Knowledge ofGerman
Controlling background or qualification
Experience with other EPM tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud,OneStream, TagetikorIBM Planning Analytics)
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile/Scrum)
