ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

The expected salary for the position of:

Engineer III - 9 600 - 16 000 PLN gross

Engineer IV - 13 000 - 22 000 PLN gross

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

We are looking for you, if you have:

• MSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience,
• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade software,
• Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and concurrency,
• Proven ability to build modular, testable, and maintainable systems,
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Git, and SQL,
• Knowledge of Micro-Services architecture, container technologies: Docker, OpenShift,
• Experience and understanding of (test) automation, continuous delivery, deployment tools and pipelines,
• Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset,
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

You'll get extra points for:

• Experience in front-end development.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust full-stack application,
• Continuously improve architecture, scalability, and infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines,
• Enhance performance, reliability, and system resilience in production environments,
• Apply and promote high-quality engineering practices, including automated testing,
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, ensuring long-term stability.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III" or "Engineer IV".
