Our expertise falls into three main categories:

Project Domain: environmental compliance and product lifecycle management

The project ensures that production and compliance systems stay legally up‑to‑date with fast‑changing environmental regulations, minimizing risk for the business while supporting sustainable product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis for projects, identifying gaps and translating business needs into technical specifications
• Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD)
• Develop robust, scalable solutions using Java and related technologies
• Support testing activities and ensure timely corrections and defect resolution
• Ensure ongoing solution maintenance, including performance optimization and technical debt reduction

Requirements (Must-have)

• 6+ years of commercial software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java development, including Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of Software architecture, Software lifecycle management, Requirements & Gaps analysis, and Solutions Design
• Experience with Scrum / Agile development processes
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and transform complex problems into engineering topics
• Proven ability to solve complex problems independently, with a proactive approach to using AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
• Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5

Strong Plus:

The following are not mandatory, but candidates with existing knowledge or a strong motivation to learn them quickly will be given preference:

• SAP HANA SQLScript
• SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
• SAP internal working model, Product Standards, Processes & Tools
• RDP (Revenue Distribution Process) and SAP SD / MM business processes
• AI tools such as Claude Code
