Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack Application Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Application Developer to join Agile development teams working on the digital transformation of a large public-sector organization. You will design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and maintain Java-based enterprise applications.
• 
  Build modern frontend applications using Angular.
• 
  Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• 
  Write unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.
• 
  Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Hibernate, and JPA.
• 
  Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• 
  Contribute to application maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• 
  Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and software architecture.

Required Skills:

• 
  Expert experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, Angular, and Agile/Scrum
• 
  Strong knowledge of REST APIs, PostgreSQL, JUnit, Mockito, and Docker
• 
  Experience with Microservices, Bootstrap, MongoDB, TDD, and Keycloak
• 
  Knowledge of Kafka and RabbitMQ is an advantage.
• 
  Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• 
  Previous experience in the public sector is beneficial.

Language Requirement:

• 
  Native-level French

Work Arrangement:

• On-site position based in Brussels, Belgium
