Team Connect is a Polish nearshore and offshore IT services provider. Since 2008 we have been building and developing software for our clients.

We specialise in Agile and DevOps-based software development, from analysis through to deployment. We build backend, frontend and mobile applications.

Ongoing recruitment: Java Developer (Mid/Senior)

Location: Warsaw (hybrid) | Cooperation: B2B

This is an open, project-independent recruitment. We get to know your profile, preferred technologies and rate expectations, then come back to you when a project genuinely matching your experience comes up.

Our clients come from banking, insurance, industry and the public sector. Projects range from modernising legacy systems to greenfield microservice architectures.

What we look for

Must-have items are essential. The rest is a map of what our consultants typically work with, so partial coverage is enough.

Must have

• Minimum 3 years of commercial Java experience
• Java 17+, Spring / Spring Boot
• Hibernate, JPA, solid SQL
• REST API design
• Testing: JUnit, Mockito or equivalents
• Git, CI/CD
• English at a level allowing work in an international project

Good to have

• Microservices, event-driven architecture, Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Cloud: AWS, Azure or GCP
• Databases beyond relational: MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch
• Frontend exposure: Angular, React or Vue
• Kotlin, Quarkus, gRPC or GraphQL
• Experience in regulated environments: banking, insurance, public sector
