岗位职责负责核心业务模块的设计与开发，保障系统在高并发场景下的稳定性与性能表现。主导或参与微服务架构设计与优化，推进服务治理、容灾、性能调优等工程实践。管理或辅导 3–8 人的小组，进行任务拆解、进度跟踪、代码审核与质量把控。推动工程效率优化，包括 CI/CD 流水线、自动化测试、代码规范与质量监控建设。联合BA、QA、BAU及其他跨团队角色，推进需求分析、方案评审与问题定位。负责线上问题排查与根因分析（RCA），建立经验沉淀与防回归机制。技术栈8 年以上 Java 开发经验，精通 JVM、并发编程、常用数据结构与系统性能优化。熟练掌握 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud等主流框架。熟悉 MySQL、Redis、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ 等）及分布式系统相关技术。熟练使用 Docker、Kubernetes、Git 等 DevOps 工具，具备 CI/CD 实践经验。具备良好的架构思维、问题分析能力与技术方案落地能力。有带团队或带项目经验，具备良好的沟通协作能力和结果导向意识。
