Demonstrate capability in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining large scale cloud-native applications;
Maintain relentless focus on the qualitative aspects of the backend services including performance, scalability, observability, reliability, and security;
Participate in technical architecture discussions and assist technical decisions;
Possess strong problem solving and analytic skills;
Uphold your ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and effectively in across-functional team environment.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience;
Experience building robust backend services using Java;
Experience in assessing and implementing improved development tooling and practices including proven AI Tooling;
Adept with agile software development life cycle and DevOps principles;
Passion for software development, emerging technologies, and culture of innovation;
A positive mindset and can-do attitude;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
