We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with 4 –7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring ecosystem, microservices, and database technologies, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend applications using Java. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. Work with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews, Optimize application performance, reliability, and security. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code, Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. 4 –7 years of strong hands-on experience in Java (Java 8 or above), Python. Solid experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate / JPA. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols. Proficiency in SQL and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, Jules, Jenkins. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus, Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
