Responsibilities:

• Lead IT divestiture programs, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and Day-1 readiness.
• 
  Manage separation plans, including workstreams, risks, dependencies, and phase gates.
• 
  Oversee IT capacity planning across BAU and transformation.
• 
  Coordinate governance, reporting, and external consultants.
• 
  Ensure security and compliance readiness (ISO 27001 / NIST).

Requirements:

• 5–8 years in IT Program Management or M&A (carve-out / integration / separation).
• 
  Experience delivering at least one IT divestiture or PMI.
• 
  Strong stakeholder management at senior level.
• 
  Familiarity with IT security governance frameworks.
