Serving as the backbone of Reconomy’s tech operations, it consolidates inhouse expertise across all Reconomy brands to accelerate platform development and enhance service delivery.

Reconomy’s full range of capabilities are organized into 3 ‘loops’: Recycle, Comply and Re-use, each providing opportunities for circularity within the wider resource cycle.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to offer).
• Ensure efficient processes and a strong candidate experience.
• Identify and engage diverse talent via job boards, social media, events, and networks.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and create tailored hiring plans.
• Provide consultation on interviewing, market trends, and selection decisions.
• Continuously refine recruitment processes and introduce new sourcing techniques.
• Leverage technology (ATS, analytics, automation) to improve outcomes.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to internal partners.
• Represent Reconomy at external events, career fairs, and relevant HR communities.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments.
• Evaluate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Track and interpret key hiring metrics (time to fill, quality of hire, funnel metrics).
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment performance.
Essential:
• 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, in European markets.
• 3+ years’ experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency with ATS systems such as Pinpoint and other recruiting tools.
• Strong sourcing skills via LinkedIn, job boards and social media.
• Strong English proficiency.
Desirable:
• Proven track record filling roles across multiple functions and levels
• Experience recruiting in environmental services, sustainability or circular economy sectors.
• Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing or automation tools.
• Continuous learning mindset around hiring trends.
• Additional EU language skills (e.g., German, Dutch).
• Experience in high-growth or matrix organizations.
Special Requirements:
• High integrity and compliance with EU labor and hiring regulations.
• Travel flexibility within Europe for events or meetings, if needed.
