The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise systems that support critical biotech operations. This role ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of IT infrastructure used in research, development, and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with an understanding of regulated environments, enabling seamless integration of IT systems with scientific workflows.
What You'll Do:
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
7+ years of experience in systems engineering within regulated or biotech environments.
Proven experience with virtualization, cloud platforms, and automation tools.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and storage systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell).
Familiarity with Active Directory, identity management, and security protocols.
Understanding of GxP compliance and validated systems.
Certification in MCSE, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to work in data center environments and lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
Flexible work hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $126,500 to $140,000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
