XTEL is looking for a Senior IT Systems Administrator who is practical, reliable, and motivated to improve how internal IT works at scale. You will help shape and run a secure, efficient, and employee-friendly IT environment across Microsoft cloud services, devices, identity, and operational processes.

Support and improve endpoint management across Windows and macOS devices through Intune, including enrollment, configuration, compliance, patching, application deployment, and security baselines.
Maintain and enhance Azure networking and VPN connectivity to support secure access across office and remote environments.
Contribute to the administration and continuous improvement of security and compliance tooling, including Defender, Purview, Sentinel, and related monitoring workflows.
Handle L2 and L3 escalated tickets across IT and closely related business support areas, helping resolve complex issues in a reliable and timely way.
Act as a primary or backup point of support during incident response activities, including escalation handling, triage, containment support, and post-incident follow-up.
Support audit and compliance activities by helping operate controls, maintain documentation, and provide evidence for programs such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
Create and maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and repeatable operational processes that improve service quality and reduce manual effort.
Identify and implement automation opportunities using tools such as PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Logic Apps, or similar technologies.
Provide technical coverage for the Leuven office while also supporting employees across other locations as needed.
Participate in an on-call rotation to help ensure continuity and reliability of key internal IT services.

You have strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management.
You understand identity and access management, including conditional access, MFA, role-based permissions, and lifecycle administration.
You have experience supporting Windows and macOS devices in a business environment using modern device management tools.
You have good knowledge of Azure networking, VPN connectivity, and secure access principles.
