
The Senior IT Support Specialist provides advanced technical support while assisting in the administration of core IT systems. This role supports Microsoft 365 services, including email and SharePoint, while serving as a senior escalation point for help desk issues. The position also supports endpoint technologies, including printer mapping, printer configuration, and troubleshooting of specialized devices such as Zebra label printers ensuring reliable system operations and high-quality technical support for end users.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
This role offers a salary starting at $60,000 annually, based on skills, experience, and location. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, and paid holidays.
