Senior IT Specialist (Azure & Microsoft 365)


We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Senior IT
Specialist to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, client
integrations, cloud environments, and Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate
should be confident in handling Azure, Microsoft 365, infrastructure
operations, security, client communication, and end-to-end implementation
activities independently.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and
    services.

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments
    including:

    • Exchange Online

    • Teams

    • SharePoint

    • OneDrive

    • Intune

    • Azure AD / Entra ID

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding activities for
    employees and clients.

  • Lead and support infrastructure integration projects
    for clients.

  • Participate in client meetings, technical discussions,
    and solution planning calls.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:

    • Azure

    • O365

    • Identity & Access Management

    • Networking

    • Security

    • Endpoint management

  • Configure and manage:

    • MFA

    • Conditional Access Policies

    • Security & Compliance policies

    • Device management

  • Work with third-party vendors and internal teams to
    ensure smooth delivery of IT services.

  • Monitor infrastructure health, backups, alerts, and
    security posture.

  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and technical knowledge
    base.

  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives
    where possible.

  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service
    requests, and escalations.


Required Skills & Experience


  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and
    Microsoft 365 administration.

  • Good understanding of:

    • Azure Virtual Machines

    • Networking

    • Storage

    • Azure AD / Entra ID

    • DNS

    • VPN

    • Security configurations

  • Experience with Intune and endpoint/device management.

  • Knowledge of Windows Server administration and Active
    Directory.

  • Experience handling client-facing technical discussions
    independently.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a
    fast-paced environment.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Microsoft certifications in Azure or Microsoft 365.

  • Experience with cybersecurity best practices.

  • Knowledge of automation tools, PowerShell, or scripting
    is an advantage.

  • Experience working in managed services or client
    support environments.
