Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for all IT operations. You will work hands-on to provide comprehensive IT support, ensure seamless software and hardware operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain the efficiency of daily IT functions.

Responsibilities

• Configuring, maintaining, and upgrading IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and firewalls
• Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hardware and software
• Providing end-user support for hardware, applications, tools, and systems
• Managing IT assets through their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
• Supporting the purchasing team for all IT-related matters
• Following new technologies and integrating them into our company

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in related fields
• Experience with hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals
• Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems
• Excellent level of written and spoken English
• Passion and interest in games
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
