Job Description

Warsaw / Hybrid

Join our global IT organization and take a key role in shaping and delivering SAP-based solutions across Sales and Planning processes. This position sits at the intersection of business and IT, with strong ownership of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in a complex, international environment.

Your main responsibilities

  • Leading complex requirements analysis and solution design across systems and domains
  • Designing and configuring SAP SD / O2C solutions aligned with business needs
  • Driving process improvements and optimization initiatives
  • Facilitating workshops and driving decision making for IT solutions
  • Leading functional streams in large transformation programs (incl. S/4HANA)
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex functional issues
  • Ensuring quality and continuous improvement of functional deliverables

What you bring

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash environments
  • Strong experience in solution design, configuration, and business process mapping
  • Solid understanding of integrations (e.g. eCommerce platforms, Credit Card solutions, EDI)
  • Knowledge of SAP Variant Configuration, SAP Logistics Execution, or other SAP modules is of great advantage
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms (SAP, CRM, BI, S&OP etc.)
  • Proven ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience with IT tools such as SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, Signavio, ServiceNow
  • Fluent English (additional languages like German, Polish or Chinese are a plus)
