Establish and govern the end-to-end IT service lifecycle
Build a transparent, structured Service Portfolio and Catalogue
Own and strengthen Change Management governance and risk control
Introduce baseline Configuration Management governance to improve service integrity
Ensure all services have clear ownership, definition, and lifecycle control
Reduce complexity by rationalizing redundant or unclear services
