Senior IT Security Specialist – Phishing Awareness & Cybersecurity Program
We are seeking a Senior IT Security Specialist to design, implement, and manage an enterprise-wide phishing awareness and cybersecurity education program. The role focuses on developing a long-term awareness strategy, conducting phishing simulation campaigns, measuring security maturity, and strengthening the organization's cyber resilience within a Microsoft 365 environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assess the current cybersecurity awareness maturity and phishing risk landscape.
Define and implement a phishing awareness strategy covering a 12–24 month period.
Design and manage phishing simulation campaigns, including scenarios, target audiences, and difficulty levels.
Develop communication and awareness plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Establish KPIs, maturity metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
Execute end-to-end phishing campaigns, including planning, configuration, deployment, analysis, and reporting.
Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Deliver knowledge transfer and training to ensure long-term internal ownership of awareness initiatives.
Support cybersecurity best practices aligned with security governance and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in Cybersecurity Awareness and Phishing Simulation Programs.
Expertise in Microsoft Defender and Microsoft 365 security capabilities.
Experience with cybersecurity analytics, reporting, and KPI development.
Knowledge of ISO 27001 and security governance frameworks.
Strong change management and communication skills.
Experience designing and delivering security awareness initiatives across diverse user populations.
Profile

Languages
Dutch or French: Native or bilingual proficiency.

Work Setup
Hybrid working model.
Onsite presence required 2–3 days per week.
