Senior IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate several digitalisation projects within the justice and public-sector environment, including cross-border processes, road legislation and certificate exchanges.

Responsibilities

• 
  Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation and solution definition through implementation.
• 
  Develop project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones and resource planning.
• 
  Manage scope, risks, change requests, budget and project validation
• 
  Coordinate and align a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• 
  Monitor legally defined deadlines and take corrective action when necessary.
• 
  Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration, communication and delivery quality.
• 
  Manage and optimise data flows between Belgian stakeholders and European partners.
• 
  Analyse and document data exchanges, including cross-border information flows and e-CODEX integration.
• 
  Provide clear reporting to management through reports, meetings, emails and dashboards.
• 
  Use Jira and Confluence for project management and information sharing.
• 
  Ensure compliance with data protection, regulatory and security requirements.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
• 
  Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• 
  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• 
  Experience with Agile and/or PRINCE2 methodologies.
• 
  Experience with project planning, budget management, risk management and governance.
• 
  Good understanding of data flows and information exchange.
• 
  Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office
• 
  Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Experience in a public-sector or regulatory environment is an advantage.
